I never hear anything about Haiti in the news anymore. Are things back to normal Since the earthquake? No, things are not back to normal. The major news organizations are long gone but the work continues to restore a sense of normalcy. Organizations that have worked in Haiti long before the earthquake now have the monumental task of helping to rebuild the country and improving the lives of the Haitian people.
How are my contributions used? MHM is operated by a volunteer staff. With the exception of a very small amount of money to cover expenses such as stamps, envelopes, paper, etc, all of the contributions go directly to the ministry work in Haiti. Donations go to improving conditions in Christville, and for supporting students and teachers.
